Philoktimatiki Public Ltd committed to purchase a large commercial plot of land of a total area of 27.000sqm, located at the Mesa Yitonia roundabout in Limassol, and has already concluded a preliminary agreement for the commercial development of 48% of the land (PHASE A).
Phase A is expected to be completed by 2005
