ARCHITECTS REPORT ON THE PROJECT
The introduction of new technology in human lives and the new demands for increasing productivity and better working conditions have overturned the traditional simplified perception of designing neutral oversimplified office spaces. Office buildings, today, are required to have intelligent sophisticated systems for energy saving. Thus a large number of factors that affect the building system, like orientation, air conditioning and heating systems, volume dimensions, as well as internal functional arrangement, are being redefined.

Past experience regarding open space office arrangements, internationally have been proven to be catastrophic on the energy consumption theory. The over dimensioned and fully automated office systems have lead to energy overconsumption. On the contrary it is now proven that no one can manage a space better than the user, adjusting the light level, ventilation or the temperature of his own working space.
