Maroni Hilltop Villas is a unique residential development located just south of the village of Maroni. The project sits on a hill offering panoramic views to all houses, from the Mediterranean Sea to the south to the picturesque Maroni village towards the north.
The project coexists harmoniously with the peaceful natural setting. The houses are terraced adjusting to the sloping landscape. They are contemporary in design, with earthy colour tones and embracing volumes, while still inspired by traditional architecture values of Cyprus. Five different designs are alternated on the site so as to avoid a monotonous repetition of volumes that would be unfitting with the environment. Maroni Hilltop Villas is a project of careful design, sensitive to both the natural environment and the user's need of comfort, peace and tranquility.
