Marakesh

Marakesh is a Residential Complex under construction on 150.000 sqm of land. It will feature 150 villas built on an overall 34,000 sqm. The site is part of the "October 6th" location, 40 km away from Cairo.

Moroccan architecture has been chosen as the Complex's distinct architectural style. Development of the complex will begin within 2008. Completion is scheduled for 2010.
