TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PPP

PHILOKTIMATIKI Plc, Piraeus Real Estate and Piraeus Bank, together with other flexible domestic and international organisations, are active in providing Financial Consultancy on Public Private Partnership (PPP) works.

Consulting services are provided as needed to:

• To Awarding Authorities of the broader Public Sector: we assist them in preparing, managing, evaluating, and completing the tenders that determine the selection of the Private Joint Venture entity.
  
• To Private Entities who are Contractors and eligible Private Joint Venture candidates participating in Public Private Partnership (PPP) tenders: we assist them with their technical and financial offers; we also ensure optimum financing and that all required contracts (Joint Venture Contract, Financing Contracts, Construction Agreement, FM Agreement, etc) are consistent.
