Architects Report

“Vernacular warm-weather design strategies- cross-ventilated spaces, sun-shades to keep the sun at bay, and stilts that help catch a breeze…the barriers between indoors and outdoors are minimal.”

Ten houses are proposed, all with expandable interior spaces, independent courtyards with pool, unobstructed lines of sight to the sea view. Their simple sculptural forms are suggestive of a relaxed lifestyle in comfortable luminous spaces.

All villas share the same architectural language thus bestowing an architectural unity and aesthetic to the whole Project.

Great care has been taken so as to ensure that all the rooms and spaces of each villa have a desirable southeastern orientation, large openings to the garden and the pool, facing the sea at the same time.
